Working with Inner Space Therapy has been really important for me. I booked in a session as I was feeling really anxious and struggling with panic attacks. From the first session with Nisha she was able to understand why I was feeling this way and did a good job of explaining why I was feeling the way I did. Even though the sessions got deep, it wasn’t pushy or too overwhelming and I felt there was a good balance of insight, working on emotions and practical tools and so I’ve noticed big changes in the way that I respond to stress and my anxiety is much lower.
