Occasional support—when you need a moment to reset
Whilst most of my work takes place within structured therapy packages, I offer a limited number of one-off sessions for returning clients or those in need of short-term support.
These ad hoc sessions are ideal if you’re not ready to commit to a full programme, but need an attuned space to feel seen and supported. Whether you’re moving through a difficult moment, navigating emotional overwhelm or just need a therapeutic check-in, together we will work through it at your pace.
Please note: For deeper, lasting change, I recommend one of the core packages, as they offer the structure, depth and momentum needed for true transformation.
Initial Consultation Required Before Booking
Before committing to any therapy package, an initial consultation call is essential. This 20-minute call gives us the chance to explore your needs, answer any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether we’re the right fit to work together. It’s an important first step in ensuring your journey is tailored and aligned with the support you're looking for.
During the call, we’ll talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, what outcomes you’re hoping for, and which package might suit you best. If we both feel it’s a good match, you’ll be able to book your sessions and proceed with payment directly afterwards.
This process helps us start from a grounded, informed place—so your healing journey is both safe and purposeful from the very beginning.
